Hello, my name is Debbie Woolard and I am a full time Realtor with William E. Wood and associates. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better.

As a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, I am very familiar with the wonderfully diverse and varied communities our area has to offer. My husband and I love the active lifestyle our great climate allows, and we have raised our two children (now adults – where does the time go!) to love the beach, bay, and parks. We find Hampton Roads has everything we need. As the daughter of a Navy Seaman, I understand the emotional and economic needs of our military families, so much so that I am a longstanding and proud member of the William E. Wood Military Relocation Team. Prior to my career move to William E. Wood, my husband and I owned several successful small businesses, but none have offered the satisfaction that comes with helping families find the perfect home.
