Miniature Pinscher - Small - Adult - Male - Dog - Mason

Hi, are you a woman? Cause I love women. Im an awesome little boy just ask me. I would love to be your boy and guard your house and love you forever. I am always on guard and will alert you to anything but dont get me wrong I love to snuggle. I will run up to you and dive bomb into your lap.Then I jump up to give you kisses. My foster mom thinks this is amazing and says I have come a very long way. You see, I came from a shelter and didnt have the best life before that. My foster parents think I was beaten and have spent months helping me understand that not all humans will do that. I am still head shy, and dont like to be touched without knowing you are going to my foster mom says I am jumpy, but I just cant shake the fear. Sometimes, when she is working with me, I forget and snap at her. I feel so bad I immediately drop to the ground in a submissive pose. I am not aggressive when I do this, its more of a warning snap, but still I feel so bad. My foster mom says that I have come along way, but because I still have this issue, I would not so well in a house with kids. Did I tell you I was a guard dog? My foster parents laugh because the first thing I do when I go outside is a perimeter check. I have to run along the fence line and make sure nothing has breeched our perimeter. I will let you know when anyone and anything approaches the house. I bark at them until you tell me not to. My neighbors have two dogs that I have gotten to know through the fence. I bark at them for a bit, then settle down. I told you I am a guard dog I have to let you know what is going on. Now, in the house I am all about sitting on my foster moms lap. I love to sit there and give her kisses. She tells me I give the best facials. Dont get me wrong I do get up every once in a while and check the doors I cant let anything bad happen to my people. A few words from my foster mom: Mason is a great dog and deserves a great home. He needs someone that will understand his past and help him grow. He has come a long way. He does great with the other dogs in my house. He listens to both his foster dad and myself, but given a choice he would rather come to me.
