Tigger is a 5 years old Domestic Medium Hair Cat. Tigger was turned into the VBSPCA because his owner became homeless and could no longer care for him. He appears to have been well taken care of and loved and this transition has been very difficult for him. Tigger has kept very quiet and to himself he is a very shy little boy. However he absolutely loves to be held and if given the chance would love to share his affection with you! Please ask a sfaff member if you would like to visit with Tigger.
