Wonderful personality, but needs an experienced handler who has the patience and understanding to work with a bird that was mistreated by a previous owner. He is 180 degrees out from where he was when I got him, but it seems I've taken him as far as he will go with me and he deserves so much more. Price may be negotiable for the right person.
